Who we are
Riccardo Gonzo and his wife Aleksandra, made their dream of opening their own restaurant come true when they established the Italian Ristorante Come Prima in 1993.
Riccardo is a native of the beautiful city of Bolzano in northern Italy. Aleksandra hails from Gniezno, a quaint city near Poznan, Poland.
For over twenty-two years, they have lovingly entertained their guests in a familial atmosphere. Due to the warm and open nature of the Gonzo family and their dedicated team, guests often return. Some guests are now close family friends.
Also Chef Massimo Senis, originally from Sardinia, has been serving his delicious signature dishes for eighteen years.
Come Prima offers 60 seats in four cozy, adjacent rooms. On warm days, there are 50 seats available on the terrace.
In addition, the Ristorante has a barrier-free entrance for wheelchairs or push chairs.
The honest and easy-going nature of Aleksandra and Riccardo and their dedicated team, create an ever-enjoyable and relaxed atmosphere and is also popular amongst families with children..

Among the kitchen specialties include: Homemade Boar sausages to sharp red beans, Scampi in white wine sauce on fresh artichoke hearts and Antipasto misto.
For the main course Saltimbocca allaRomana is served to the as a side dish of seasonal vegetables or the tagliatelle with black truffle, toasted pine nuts and Parmesan.
Dessert was creme brulee or baked apple rings with homemade cinnamon ice cream.
All ingredients are purchased daily selected and we naturally make much on quality and freshness of the food. Gluten- Vegetarian and at pre or lactose-free dishes can be ordered with us.
